We are listening. We are learning. We have a responsibility to meet our values with action.

We are listening. We are learning. We have a responsibility to meet our values with action. Voro is owned and operated by three white males. We will never fully understand the daily lived experiences of the Black community. As white business owners, we must build representation into every level of our organization, develop sustainable and long-term tangible solutions, and implement anti-racist internal polices.

We are committed to:

  • Listening 
  • Acknowledging the benefits white supremacy has afforded us
  • Being vulnerable
  • Doing what is in our power to dismantle racist ideas and policies in our home, workplace, industry, and community
  • Focusing on building a future with representation at every level within our organization
  • Joining our peers who are well ahead of us on this journey and encouraging and supporting other peers in beginning their own journey

We have work to do as individuals and as an organization, but we are committed to the journey and our community. Black Lives Matter.
